At Mind, Spirit, Stars, we strive to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below is our Refund Policy, designed to be clear and fair for all.
Digital Products, Video Courses, and Custom Products
Due to the nature of these items, all digital downloads, video content, and custom products are final sale and non-refundable. Once these items are delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Physical Products (Non-Custom)
We offer a 30-day return/refund policy for all eligible physical products that are not custom-made. To qualify for a return or refund:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- You must initiate the return within 30 days of receipt.
- The product must be returned to us before the refund is processed.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged/Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@jessicacielle.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
